VINYASA & BREATHWORK
Move. Breathe. Come home to yourself.
This weekly 60 minute practice weaves together several limbs of yoga: movement (asana), breath (pranayama), concentration (dharana), and mindful awareness (dhyana). We’ll flow through 45 minutes of embodied movement followed by an anchoring breathwork practice that deepens presence through intentional breath. Together, these practices strengthen, soften, and center you, helping you reconnect to balance and clarity both on and off the mat.
Class fees are paid in cash or via Venmo @TTREEMAGIC. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time.
